Amazon announced that the battery life of the Kindle Paperwhite is a marvellous 8 weeks.
However, it is only a trick.

This 8 weeks battery life is only based on you reading half hour with Wifi off and front light to 10.
If we still keep the Wifi off and front light to 10, we can only read kindle for 0.5hour/day*7days/week*8weeks=28hours.

I think any strong smart phone can get this battery life, right?

Kindle is a high tech e-ink prouduct and its adventage is the power saving. However, Amazon make it only an average battery life. What a shame.
